To dive safely, divers should, generally speaking, have a healthy heart, lungs, and mobility. Medical conditions and recent surgery may require a physician's approval to determine if diving is safe.
Bookings and Payment
- Booking Process: Bookings can be made online or through our customer service team. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details.
- Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your dive experience.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled dive are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be eligible for a partial refund based on individual circumstances and incurred costs. Special events are only eligible for partial refunds due to incurred costs.
- Cancellation by Fromdreamtodive.com: We reserve the right to reschedule dives due to safety concerns in uncontrollable circumstances, such as bad weather. In such cases, clients will be offered an option to reschedule.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled dive without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Client Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance: All participants must follow instructions provided by our dive team and adhere to safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of the dive without a refund.
- Proper Conduct: We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment. Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe will result in immediate removal from the activity, and no refund will be issued.
